Finding the right guide matters.

If you’ve done therapy before, you may have gained helpful tools and insight — and still find your mind spinning with judgment, doubt, or worry. If you’re trying to determine if this holistic coaching work is a good fit, this page is meant to help you see that clearly.

My work blends psychology, coaching, and quiet spiritual wisdom in a way that stays grounded and usable. The focus is a new way of relating to your mind, so you can move through life with more steadiness and self-respect, even when things feel uncertain.

Real conversation, not clinical distance

I bring warmth and honesty to this work so it feels less like being evaluated and more like a real conversation. You’re not here to be picked apart; we’re looking together at how your mind works so you can find steadier footing inside your own life.

This work often fits people who:

  • Have done therapy, gained insight, and still feel stuck in worry, self-judgment, or overthinking.
  • Appear steady on the outside but feel anxious, guilty, or stuck inside.
  • Are intellectually and spiritually curious, and open to both practical tools and deeper reflection.
  • Are drawn to grounded, quietly spiritual work that respects your autonomy and intelligence.

How to tell if we're a good fit

Who this work is for

This work often fits people who:

  • Value depth over quick fixes. You are ready to observe your mind in real time rather than looking for a "hack" or a guru.
  • Are prepared for an investment. You understand this is a self-pay process and see it as a commitment to your own growth.
  • Want integration. You appreciate a blend of practical tools and spiritual resonance without the clichés.
  • Are ready for momentum. You are open to weekly sessions, at least at the start, to build a steady foundation.

When we might not be a fit

This approach may not be right for you if:

  • You require insurance or a clinical diagnosis. My work is holistic and does not provide the documentation needed for insurance reimbursement.
  • You are in acute crisis. If you need a high level of clinical care or 24/7 support, a traditional clinical setting is a safer choice.
  • You prefer "drop-in" support. This work relies on steady, consistent practice to see real shifts in the Guilt Loop or the Self-Judge.
  • You want a strictly clinical or strictly spiritual approach. My work lives in the integration of both.

    How we begin

If we decide to work together, you have the option to start with The First Six Weeks. This is a structured way to build a shared language and identify your mind's specific patterns from the very first session. It is included in my standard rate and is designed to get you moving toward steadiness immediately.
