1. Is this therapy, or something different?

This is holistic coaching, which is distinct from psychotherapy or medical treatment. While therapy often looks back to process the past, our work is focused on the present—specifically, how you meet your mind right now. We use insight as a foundation, then build a shared language to help you make steadier choices in the exact moments you usually feel triggered, stuck, or caught in The Self-Judge.

2. What if I’m afraid of what I’ll find inside myself?

It’s common to wonder if you’ll uncover something overwhelming. But whatever we find is workable. We go step-by-step, using simple practices that bring steadiness. Nothing inside you will scare me off. Looking within often reveals a strength you didn’t know was already there.
