First Six Weeks
A clear, steady way to begin working with your mind.

A Structured Foundation
If you’ve done therapy before, you likely know your patterns well—yet familiar habits and emotional loops can still show up. To bridge the gap between insight and action, I offer the First Six Weeks of coaching as an optional, structured thread we can weave into our sessions.
This is a structured resource designed to build a shared language and steady presence from the start. Each week introduces one clear idea and a brief practice to make the work tangible instead of abstract.
This training is included in my standard session rate. It is a foundational tool available if you want a more guided start, though we can always dive straight into open-ended sessions instead. We adjust the pace to match your current capacity.
What the First Six Weeks offers
- Clear mental maps to ease judgment and confusion.
- Brief practices you can use anytime, anywhere (10–30 seconds).
- Direct application to what’s happening in your daily life.
- A steady pace that respects your capacity and interest.
- Sustainable shifts without the pressure of a rigid program.
This creates a grounded foundation where you can notice real changes and build steady presence, without adding "more work" to your plate.
Curious if this is the right starting place?
If you’re unsure whether to begin with this structure or a more open-ended approach, we can sort that out in a brief call.
The Week-by-Week Arc
Simple tools. Steady practice. Quiet progess.
Week 1: Two Thought Systems
Identify when your thoughts are driven by fear versus clarity. We practice pausing before reacting to choose a steadier response. The Practice: “I’m open to seeing this differently.”
Week 2: Projection and Perception
Distinguish between the raw facts of a situation and the "story" your mind adds to it. This creates immediate space for new understanding. The Practice: “The facts are… The story I’m adding is…”
Week 3: The Lens of the Past
Notice how old scripts influence your current reactions. We explore safe, practical ways to see what is actually happening in the present moment. The Practice: “What else could be true right now?”
Week 4: Responsibility Without Blame
Practice being honest and direct without the weight of self-attack or external blame. The Practice: “I let go of the need to attack myself or others.”
Week 5: The Need to Be Right
Recognize when the "need to be right" is creating a barrier to connection. We prioritize authenticity over winning the argument. The Practice: “What might I be missing here?”
Week 6: Guilt and Its Disguises
Shift from the heavy cycle of self-blame toward a more functional sense of self-care and repair. The Practice: “I missed the mark. Here is my care. Here is my next step.”

Pricing and logistics
The First Six Weeks is included in my standard session rate with no separate program fee. Most clients meet weekly, but we always find a pace that aligns with your capacity. Sessions are online, private, and secure.
Beyond the First Six Weeks
Many people choose to continue after the initial six weeks, often moving into a 12-week deepening process or ongoing sessions. We decide those next steps together as the work unfolds.
